Natalie Sawyer

Natalie Lorraine Sawyer (born 23 October 1979)[1] is an English television and podcast presenter and Talksport radio presenter.

Career

Sawyer parted company with Sky Sports News in March 2018, after eighteen years of service having initially joined the production team.[2] From the 2018 FIFA World Cup onwards Sawyer presents The Game (podcast) for The Times.[3]

Personal life

She was married to former Sky Sports News colleague Sam Matterface and they have a son called Sawyer Matterface, who was born on 28 October 2010.[4] Sawyer and Matterface divorced in 2014.

Sawyer is a fan of Brentford FC.[5] In 2012 the club featured her in an advertising campaign that saw her image used on a bus in an effort to promote their ticket prices.[6] She was born to an English father and a Bulgarian mother.[7] She has been dating footballer Jonathan Douglas since 2015.

gollark: There is apparently work on accursed optics things for the displays, and batteries... are harder, but maybe minimising power use with more efficient hardware can be done.
gollark: Enough minor conveniences stacked together gives a useful product. And you can fit smartphone SoCs into slightly bulky glasses - there are already AR devkits doing this. The main limitation is that the displays aren't very good and it is hard to fit sufficient batteries.
