Plot
The story is about the struggle of a bar-dancer Aarti and her daughter named Muskaan[1] who faces social ostracism because of her mother's profession. Muskaan is a girl who yearns to stay with her mother Aarti. She studies in Darjeeling while her mother is in Kolkata.
12 Years Later
Muskaan grows up to be a timid, but strong-minded young woman who is dedicated to her studies. She collides with Raunak Singh and they begin to fall in love. They face many hurdles along the way, with characters such as Sir Ji and Kajal attempting to separate them. However they succeed in uniting. Later, Muskaan is training to becoming a police officer in order to give Sir Ji his utmost punishment. Soon Muskaan has been abducted by another village.
After a short time, the murder of Lovely is blamed on Muskaan. After so many problems, finally Muskaan gives birth to twin girls.
6 Years Later
Muskaan is separated from Raunak as her car falls from a clifftop. She stays in Bangladesh for 6 years hiding from the police, falsely framed for a murder, and returns to find Ranuak. She runs away from the police and bumps into Roshni (her and Raunak's child) which both of them are oblivious of. Raunak on the other hand takes care of their other child who he named Khushi.
