Reception

Music for Cars has received positive reviews. According to Rolling Stone, "The 1975 wrap two pop anthems inside a trio of hazy, atmospheric journeys".[3] Venture Mag gave it a 7/10, describing it as "sonically diverse", bringing "an honest, fresh sound to alternative pop" and "genuinely exciting" to listen to, but also "possibly too experimental for a long-lasting effect".[4]
