Moraro (Slovene: Morar; Friulian: Morâr) is a comune (municipality) in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Trieste and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) west of Gorizia.
