Miss Universe Malaysia 2019 is the 57th edition of the Miss Universe Malaysia pageant. The grand finale tookplace on 7 March 2019 at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur.[3]

Miss Universe Malaysia 2018, Jane Teoh of Penang[4] crowned her successor, Shweta Sekhon at the end of the event. As the winner, Shweta Sekhon represented Malaysia in Miss Universe 2019 pageant in Atlanta, USA.[5]
