The current titleholder of Miss World Malaysia is Alexis Sue Ann[1] of Kuala Lumpur. She was crowned by the 2018 titleholder, from Sarawak, Larissa Ping on October 6, 2019 at Mega Star Arena, Kuala Lumpur.
