Minister for Rural and Community Development
The Minister for Community and Rural Development and the Islands (Irish: An tAire Forbartha Tuaithe agus Pobail) is the senior minister at the Department of Community and Rural Development and the Islands in the Government of Ireland.

The current Minister for Community and Rural Development and the Islands is Heather Humphreys, TD.[1] She is also Minister for Social Protection.
She is assisted by Joe O'Brien, TD, Minister of State for Community Development and Charities.[2]
