Early life and career
Kingsley attended Lewiston Senior High, and later he moved on to receive his First Class Radio Telephone License from BLT Electronic Theory in 1979 .[2] He has been a Business owner Franchise owner, Independent Businesses, Sold last business in 2010 to take up running for political office.
Elections
2016
Kingsley was unopposed in the Republican Primary for District 6 B.He was running against incumbent John Rusche in the general election, winning with 58.24% of the vote.[3]
2014
Kingsley ran unopposed in the Republican Primary for District 6 B, has a write in.[4] Kingsley lost to John Rusche in the general election by 48 votes.[5]

Kingsley along with Bryan Zollinger launched Idaho Freedom Caucus, late in the 2017 session.[6]
In April 2017, Freedom Caucus collaborated to challenge Governor Butch Otter Veto of the Idaho grocery tax.[7]
