Michigan's 57th House of Representatives district

Michigan's 57th House of Representatives district (also referred to as Michigan's 57th House district) is a legislative district within the Michigan House of Representatives located in Adrian, Adrian Township, Blissfield Township, Clinton Township, Deerfield Township, Dover Township, Fairfield Township, Franklin Township, Hudson, Hudson Township, Macon Township, Madison Charter Township, Medina Township, Morenci, Ogden Township, Palmyra Township, Raisin Township, Ridgeway Township, Riga Township, Rollin Township, Rome Township, Seneca Township, Tecumseh, Tecumseh Township, Woodstock Township, in Lenawee County.[3] The district was created in 1965, when the Michigan House of Representatives district naming scheme changed from a county-based system to a numerical one.[4]
