Marcílio (footballer, born 1976)
Marcílio Alves da Silva (born 11 May 1976), also known as Marcílio, is a former professional footballer who played as a defender. Born in Brazil, Marcílio obtained Lebanese citizenship and represented Lebanon at the 2000 AFC Asian Cup.
