Mankulam (Kerala)

Mankulam is a village in Idukki district[1] in the Indian state of Kerala.[2]This is the first Grama Panchayat in Kerala which produces electricity their own and sell it to the Electricity board of Kerala.[3][4]

As of 2001 India census, Mankulam had a population of 9607 with 4920 males and 4687 females.[2]
