The Love & Life Tour was the fourth concert tour by American singer-songwriter Mary J. Blige. It was launched in support of her platinum sixth studio album Love & Life (2003). It began in April 2004 and continued through May 2004. A live DVD, Live from Los Angeles was recorded from the May 9, date in Los Angeles at Universal Amphitheater.
