- 418: Eastern Quebec (Bas-Saint-Laurent, Capitale-Nationale, Chaudière-Appalaches, Côte-Nord, Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine and Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean); overlaid by 581.
- 438: Greater Montreal; overlays 514.
- 450: off-island suburbs of Montreal (western parts of Estrie, Laval, Lanaudière, Basses-Laurentides and Montérégie), overlaid by 579. Area code 354[1] has been set aside by CRTC in this area.
- 514: Island of Montreal; overlaid by 438. Area code 263[2] has been set aside by CRTC in this area.
