Lenier Pero
Leinier Eunice Peró Justiz (born November 24, 1992, in Camagüey),[1] known as Leinier Peró,[2] is a Cuban amateur boxer who has won two gold medals in the Pan American Games. He is a southpaw.

In 2010 he became Junior World Champion. At the 2011 Pan American Games he first defeated Canadian Steve Couture, then Argentinian Yamil Peralta. In the final he beat fellow southpaw Julio Castillo from Ecuador. He won the Super-heavyweight title at the 2015 Pan American Games.
He reached the quarter-finals of the 2016 Olympics, where he lost to Filip Hrgović of Croatia.
