Kvævemoen Chapel

Kvævemoen Church (Norwegian: Kvævemoen kirke) is a parish church in Sirdal municipality in Agder county, Norway. It is located in the village of Kvæven. The church is part of the Sirdal parish in the Lister deanery in the Diocese of Agder og Telemark. Work on the church began on 9 May 1960 when the foundation stone was laid. The design was by the architect Valdemar Scheel Hansteen. The brown, wooden church was completed and consecrated on 31 May 1962. The church seats about 300 people.[1][2][3]
