Kobylnice (Svidník District)
Kobylnice (Rusyn: Кобылницї, Hungarian: Kabalás) is a village and municipality in Svidník District in the Prešov Region of north-eastern Slovakia.
History
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1363.
Kobylnice – the (somewhat disputed) birthplace of Saint Alexis Toth (1854–1909).
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 230 metres and covers an area of 10.425 km². It has a population of about 104 people.

gollark: It seems like score voting (or approval I guess, easiest change) would be the best system for voting. But there are a lot of annoying tradeoffs and weird issues. Also Arrow's theorem, but IIRC that only affects ranked ones.

gollark: Take cars. Lots of people have cars, which are giant heavy metal boxes designed to move at high speeds. Those are dangerous. Lithium-ion batteries can explode or catch fire or whatnot. Maybe future technology we all depend on will have some even more dangerous component... programmable nanotech or something, who knows. *Is* there a good solution to this?
