Keledoş
Kalehjoosh (Persian: کلهجوش) or Kaljoosh (Persian: کلجوش) a typical Iranian āsh which includes meat (optional), kashk, green lentils, white beet and chickpeas. It is popular in Iran, Azerbaijan (Azeri: Kələcoş) and Southern Turkey (Turkish: Keledoş).[1]
