Kamianka-Dniprovska (Ukrainian: Кам'янка-Дніпровська; Russian: Каменка-Днепровская) is a city in Zaporizhia Oblast, Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center of Kamianka-Dniprovska raion.

History

City since 1957[2][3].

In 1972 the population was 16 900 people[2].

In January 1989 the population was 17 906 people[4][3].

In January 2013 the population was 13 495 people[5].

The city is home to the Kamianka-Dniprovska District Historical and Archeological Museum.[6] An archeological site near Kamianka-Dniprovska gives evidence suggesting that the city was once the capital of the ancient Scythian Kingdom.
