The electoral alliance was created by Stepan Demirchyan, leader of the People's Party of Armenia in 2003.
Following the 2003 Armenian parliamentary election, Justice won 13.6% of popular votes and 14 out of 131 seats. It became the second largest group in National Assembly and won the second largest number of the popular vote.
The coalition eventually dissolved and did not participate in any future elections in Armenia.
