Jurata

Jurata (German: Helaheide) is a popular Polish seaside resort that is part of the town of Jastarnia. Located on the Hel Peninsula in a forested area between Jastarnia and Hel, on the Baltic Sea, Puck County, Pomeranian Voivodeship.

History

Jurata was established in the interwar period (1928) as a Polish sea side resort, popular especially among Varsovians. Its name comes from the Lithuanian Goddess Jūratė which in Polish is spelled as Jurata.

gollark: No. Someone with more physics knowledge could answer better than me, but, very approximately: "laser" stands for "light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation", and describes a specific way to generate light through some magic process using a "gain medium" and optical feedback thing.

gollark: I think you would need a hilariously expensive and large free electron laser for that.
