Career
Palomino started his youth career at San Lorenzo, one of Argentina's historic sides. In 2013, Argentinos Juniors acquired him for an undisclosed fee. During his stay at the club, he attracted the attentions of European clubs, including French side FC Metz, which signed him in the summer of 2014. On 30 June 2016, Palomino joined Bulgarian club Ludogorets Razgrad.[2] He established himself as first choice in the squad, won the Bulgarian championship and participated in the groups of the 2016–17 UEFA Champions League.[3]
In June 2017, Palomino moved to Atalanta Bergamo for a fee of €4 million.[3][4] Under manager Gian Piero Gasperini, Palomino established himself as a starting line-up defender, playing either in the middle or on the left of a back three.
