Jay Bhanushali
Jay Bhanushali (born 25 December 1984) is an Indian television actor. He is best known for his portrayal as Neev Shergill in Ekta Kapoor's Indian soap opera Kayamath that aired on Star Plus.[3]

Career
Bhanushali made his television debut with the show Dhoom Machaao Dhoom where he played the role of Varun Bhaskar, but his biggest break came when he was selected by Ekta Kapoor to play the role of protagonist Neev Shergill in her soap opera Kayamath. The role not only earned him praises but also won him several awards for his performance in the show. Bhanushali went on to win Indian Telly Award for Fresh New Face - Male,[4] Indian Telly Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role[5] and various other awards for his performance. In 2009, Bhanushali hosted Dance India Dance and participated in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 2 which marked his debut in reality shows. He won praise from several quarters for anchoring the show Dance India Dance for his anchoring skills[6] and comic timings. Bhanushali won Boroplus Gold Award for Best Anchor (2010 & 2012), Zee Rishtey Award for Favorite Host (2009, 2010 & 2011) and several other accolades as host of Dance India Dance. He went on to host several seasons of Dance India Dance.[7] In 2012-13, Bhanushali and his wife Mahii Vij participated in and won the dance competition show Nach Baliye 5.[8][9] Bhanushali made his Bollywood debut in 2014 with Hate Story 2 where he played the role of Akshay Bedi.[10][11]
