Isfahan County

Isfahan County (Persian: شهرستان اصفهان) is a county in Isfahan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Isfahan. At the 2011 census, the county's population was 2,174,172.[2] The county is subdivided into six districts: the Central District, Jarqavieh Sofla District, Jarqavieh Olya District, Jolgeh District, Bon Rud District, and Kuhpayeh District. The county has fifteen cities: Isfahan, Varzaneh, Hasanabad, Baharestan, Harand, Tudeshk, Kuhpayeh, Sejzi, Nasrabad, Mohammadabad, Nikabad, Ezhiyeh, Ziar & Qahjaverestan.
