Iris Apatow

Iris Apatow (/ˈæpətaʊ/; born October 12, 2002) is an American actress known for her role as Arya in the Netflix series Love, as well as Charlotte in the movies Knocked Up and This Is 40.

Early life

Apatow was born on October 12, 2002,[1] in Los Banos, California, and is the daughter of director Judd Apatow and actress Leslie Mann. Her older sister is actress Maude Apatow.[2] Her father's family is Jewish. Her maternal great-grandmother was of Finnish ancestry.[3]

Career

She made her debut, as a child actor, playing Charlotte in the movie comedy Knocked Up, directed by her father, Judd Apatow. Her sister Maude Apatow also appeared in the film, with the two playing the daughters of their real-life mother's (Leslie Mann) character.[4] She reprised the character in the sequel This Is 40. Her breakthrough role came in 2016, when she was cast as Arya in the TV series Love.[5][6]
