Huzhong District
Huzhong District (simplified Chinese: 呼中区; traditional Chinese: 呼中區; pinyin: Hūzhōng Qū) is a district of Daxing'anling Prefecture, Heilongjiang province, People's Republic of China.

gollark: How does it stay balanced? On a normal scooter I think you just have to lean or something to manually balance it, but I don't think that would work as well at electric scooter speeds.
