Gunyarra is a rural locality in the Whitsunday Region, Queensland, Australia.[2] In the 2016 census, Gunyarra had a population of 16 people.[1]

History

The locality takes its name from the railway station which is believed to be an Aboriginal word meaning crocodile.[2]
