Gmina Stara Dąbrowa is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Stargard County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Stara Dąbrowa, which lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-east of Stargard and 38 km (24 mi) east of the regional capital Szczecin.
