Fu Yan (富恩) is one of the 39 constituencies in the Yuen Long District of Hong Kong.

The constituency returns one district councillor to the Yuen Long District Council, with an election every four years. At the previous election on 6 November 2011 Lau Kwai-yung Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions candidate defeated pro-democracy heavyweight Lee Cheuk-yan of the Hong Kong Confederation of Trade Unions.
King's Park constituency is loosely based on the Tin Fu Court and Tin Yan Estate area in Tin Shui Wai with estimated population of 19,671.[3]
