Flatwood, Missouri

Flatwood is an unincorporated community in Shannon County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1]

Not to be confused with Flatwoods, Missouri.

History

The community once contained a school, the Flatwoods School.[2] The schoolhouse was named for flatwoods in the area.[3]
