Emma Romeu

Emma Romeu (Havana) is a writer and geographer who has dedicated her career to environmental journalism. She has published articles in National Geographic Magazine and other prestigious magazines.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] Romeu has published more than 10 books for children and young adults, including the successful “Gregory and the Sea” in Spanish and a book based on some of her environmental articles about Cuban and Mexican nature. The sea plays a large role in her literature. She emigrated to Mexico in the early 1990s.
