"Ella no es ella" (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈeʎa no ˈes ˈeʎa], "She's Not Her") is a song composed and recorded by Spanish singer Alejandro Abad. It is best known as the Spanish entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1994, in Dublin.

The song was performed 21st on the night, following Austria's Petra Frey with "Für den Frieden der Welt" and preceding Hungary's Friderika Bayer with "Kinek mondjam el vétkeimet?".
At the close of voting, it had received 17 points, placing 18th in a field of 25.
It was succeeded as Spanish entry at the 1995 Contest by Anabel Conde singing "Vuelve conmigo".
