History

The station was the terminus for V/Line services from Spencer Street in Melbourne, until these services were withdrawn on 21 August 1993.[2]

Much of the station was extensively altered in the 1980s, following the introduction of CTC between Ararat and Serviceton.[3]

Boom barriers were provided at the nearby High Street level crossing in 1980, replacing hand-operated gates.[4]

A turntable, which was originally from Murtoa, was provided in 1988.[5]

Platforms & services

Dimboola has one platform. It is serviced by Journey Beyond Overland services.[6]

Platform 1:

gollark: It produces fish, marshmallows, actual coffee, and baguettes.
gollark: I have found this rough picture of an old version of my coffee machine.
gollark: I'm a Minecraft vegetarian. I subsist off potatoes, or my coffee machine's bread output.
gollark: I generally just use either a garden cloche or hideously complex self sustaining phytogenic isolation setup for my food.
gollark: CC: Tweaked addon.
