- 2002 - Started as ISCOF Radio under Iloilo State College of Fisheries.[3]
- 2016 - Partnered with Municipal Government of Santa Barbara & rebranded as Radyo Ugyon.
- 2008 - Fully acquired by Municipal Government of Santa Barbara & rebranded as Radyo Kahilwayan.
