Branches & ATMs

Citibank Russia has branches and ATMs present in Moscow, St.Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Nizhniy Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, and Ufa.[4] However their branch network is expected to decline to 15 from 22 by the end of 2019.[5]
