Central District (Shahriar County)
The Central District of Shahriar County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان شهریار) is a district (bakhsh) in Shahriar County, Tehran Province, Iran.
At the 2006 census, its population was 516,022, in 134,378 families.[1]
The District has seven cities: Shahriar, Sabashahr, Vahidieh, Shahedshahr. Ferdowsieh, Baghestan, and Andisheh.
The District has six rural districts (dehestan): Ferdows Rural District, Juqin Rural District, Maviz Rural District, Qaemabad Rural District, Razakan Rural District, and Saidabad Rural District.
