Canes II Group

The Canes II Group or Canes Venatici II Group (CVn II Group) is a group of galaxies about 26.1 million light-years away from Earth. The group resides in the Local Supercluster.[1] The largest galaxy within the cluster is M106 (NGC 4258), which is a barred spiral galaxy.[2]

Galaxies in the Cluster

Canes II is directly behind Canes I, which makes it difficult to show which galaxy belongs in which cluster.[2] It is generally accepted that the following galaxies belong in Canes II;[2]

gollark: You don't get secure systems by saying "let's just trust Jeff here".
gollark: Well, the energy thing is separate, but this is good security design, yes.
gollark: You can happily use it for non-adverserial non-anonymous transactions, though?
gollark: Because of being secure and anonymous...?
gollark: I'm sure you could do communism with blockchainoids™ somehow.
