History
The club was founded in 1912.
It played 3 seasons (1960–1962, 1966–1967) in Serie A and 10 seasons (1956–1960, 1962–1966, 1967–1968, 1972–1973) in Serie B.
In 2004–05 Serie D season, Lecco won the playoff of Group B. On 16 August Lecco was promoted to 2005–06 Serie C2 to replace the vacancies.[1]
In the 2011–12 season it was relegated from Lega Pro Seconda Divisione/A to Serie D.
Lecco returned to Serie C in 2019 after winning the Serie D/A title.
