Brainpool TV
Brainpool TV GmbH is a German television production company located in Cologne. It was a subsidiary of VIVA Medien AG between 2001 and 2006, until a management buyout in January 2007, now owned by Banijay Group.[2] The Movie "Stromberg - Der Film" was Crowdfunded with 1.000.000 € in one week by 3.000 fans in December 2011.[3]

gollark: An important recentish discovery: blue LEDs. Those require exotic materials of some kind, as far as I know, and like all semiconductory stuff large amounts of complex machinery to produce them.
gollark: Is everyone just supposed to have precision manufacturing equipment so they can all try out new inventions randomly?
gollark: Are you just meant to have a basement operation doing highly advanced chemical synthesis or something for, say, new drug testing?
