Belle Urban System
The Belle Urban System (BUS for short) is a public transit agency in Racine, Wisconsin. The Belle referring to Racine's nickname "The Belle City". It is operated for the city by First Transit.[1]

The city-owned transit system, which is also a member of the Southeast Wisconsin Transit System, maintains a fleet of 42 buses operating on 8 bus routes in the city of Racine and outlying areas seven days a week. The city also provides paratransit services as well as the City Dart Service.
In 2017, the City of Racine changed the name to Ryde Racine.[2]
The regular adult fare is $2.00.[3]
