Bayshore Town Center
Bayshore Town Center (formerly called Bayshore Mall) is a shopping mall/mixed use complex including retail shops, restaurants, offices and residential units[2] in Glendale, Wisconsin. It is anchored by Barnes & Noble and Kohl's. Originally an outdoor strip mall built in 1954, it was converted into an enclosed mall in 1974. By 1989, it held the last remaining location of local department store T. A. Chapman Co.[3]

Struggles and redevelopment plans
In 2014, Sears closed its doors at Bayshore Town Center and has been torn down since. Boston Store closed August 2018 and remains vacant as of January 2019. Despite the closures, the Nordstrom Rack plans to open in fall 2020.
In 2018 the mall's management has proposed a "conversion of Glendale's troubled Bayshore Town Center, replacing much of its vacant retail space with offices, a hotel and apartments."[4]
