Barahachettra

Barahachhetra is a Hindu pilgrimage sites. Among 4 chhetra in Hindu mythology 2 falls in India and 2 in Nepal that is Kurukshetra & Dharmachhetra in India and Barahachhetra & Muktinath or Muktichhetra in Nepal. In every 12 year a kumbha mela is organized in Chataradham.

Lord Vishnu, by taking the incarnation of Varaha or Baraha protected the earth from being submerged into Patala (underworld) with his long tusk. Then the Lord sat with his wife Laxmi at the bank of Koshi River and the lap of Himalayas and hills. So, the place bore its name after that event. There is a big and beautiful image of the Baraha incarnation of Lord Vishnu.

gollark: You said, yes.
gollark: Your knowledge of modern computer things isn't too useful unless you are in a time with microcomputers. You can't make those without large scale integration of semiconductors, which I'm pretty sure you know very little about.
gollark: You need to teach everyone everything, you need to know a lot of earlier stuff you probably *don't* about how your shiny new knowledge of electromagnetism and whatever were derived, and you need to make people actually able to use it, which is really hard.
gollark: You're constrained by manufacturing.
gollark: The future is like now, except Macron was developed.
