Banner, Missouri
Banner is an unincorporated community in northern Iron County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1]

The community is located on the banks of Keesling Branch one half mile from that streams confluence with Cedar Creek[2] on Missouri Route 32 approximately five miles west of Belleview.[3]
History
A post office called Banner was established in 1924, and remained in operation until 1956.[4] It is unknown why the name "Banner" was applied to this community.[5] A variant name was "Brule".[1]
