Bến Lức District

Bến Lức is a rural district (huyện) of Long An Province in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 128,849.[1] The district covers 290 km². The district capital lies at Bến Lức.

If you don't have a decent knowledge base making a useful OS is going to be hard, and OSes, being complex, are not a good way to learn.
