Areias, Sequeiró, Lama e Palmeira
Areias, Sequeiró, Lama e Palmeira is a civil parish in the municipality of Santo Tirso, Portugal. It was formed in 2013 by the merger of the former parishes Areias, Sequeiró, Lama and Palmeira.[1] The population in 2011 was 6,795,[2] in an area of 10.30 km².[3]
