In December 2018, the mall was purchased by Molla Investments.[5]
On June 4, 2020, JCPenney announced that it would be closing around October 2020 as part of a plan to close 154 stores nationwide.[6] After JCPenney closes, GFS and Dunham's Sports will be the only anchor stores left.
