Airways (magazine)

Airways, the flagship name of Airways International, Inc. is distributed through news stands in North America and 35 nations worldwide, with subscribers in more than 60 countries. Since 2014, their headquarters are located in Miami, just south of Miami International Airport.[1]

History and profile

The magazine was launched in 1994.[1] It was originally based in Sandpoint, Idaho. After two decades of publication under the tenure of its founder and former Editor in Chief, John Wegg, Airways International, Inc. was sold to Enrique Perrella's group, Contact Airways International, Inc., in March, 2014.[1] In 2016, Airways introduced a new website and look for the digital and print publication.[2] The magazine's publisher and Editor in Chief is Enrique Perrella, with the company also employing a team of staff in various positions.[3]

Airways covers content relating to commercial aviation, including operators, aircraft, technology, manufacturers, airports and destinations, people, and airlines.[4]
