2025 World Athletics Championships

The 2025 World Athletics Championships, the twentieth edition of the IAAF World Athletics Championships, are scheduled to be held in 2025.

Host selection

Many countries in Africa and Oceania expressed an interest to host the event.[1] President of the IAAF Sebastian Coe already has stated his interest in considering Kenya for 2025.[2]
