The 2020 Women's Water Polo Olympic Qualification Tournament will take place in Trieste, Italy. The top two teams will advance to the Olympics.[1]

The tournament was scheduled to take place in March and then from 17 to 24 May 2020, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[2] It now takes place from 17 to 24 January 2021.
