The Group A tournament would have been held in Kockelscheuer, Luxembourg from 19 to 25 April and the Group B tournament in Cape Town, South Africa from 20 to 23 April 2020.[1]
Both tournaments were cancelled on 13 March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[2]

gollark: I mean "error handling" as in handling normal runtime errors like "oh bee, this file doesn't exist".
gollark: I don't really mind exceptions, I do mind "hahahahaha just manually propagate error codes".
