Seeding
The top sixteen teams of the first division and the top two teams of the second division at the 2014 World Team Championships were guaranteed a place in the first division, along with the top six placed teams in the world rankings not already qualified.[1]

gollark: Oh, I should have done that proactively.
gollark: I mostly knew about BPE because the NLP world uses it for text tokenization for ML, which is another obvious giveaway which nobody noticed.
gollark: I don't think they're the right tool.
gollark: I have a script to do it. It repeatedly found the most common symbol pair and replaced it with a new symbol.
gollark: Decompress the dictionary thing and substitute the longer sequences in first. Might be a bit slower.
